1. What does the price include?
Answer: The price only includes the dress, any accessories pictured are not included. These can be purchased separately.
2. Can you custom make a dress for me?
Answer: We can usually custom make your dress for most designs. Please contact us to discuss your ideas and any pictures you may have. We also do custom designs for the dresses in our collections, which means you can change almost anything on any wedding dress,e.g. Change the train, add/remove sleeves, alter the neckline etc. Some alterations may incur additional charges. Please contact us to discuss or request a quote.
3. How long does it take to receive the garment after I order it from your website?
Answer: The dress usually arrives within 6 weeks, however we recommend allowing at least 8 weeks to ensure your dress arrives in time. It is best to order as early as possible so that your dress arrives with plenty of time to ensure you are happy with it and make any alterations you may need. We do have an express service available for an additional charge if required, and dresses can arrive in approximately 3-4 weeks. Please contact us if you require the express service.
4. How do I take my measurements?
Answer: We strongly recommend you have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress /dressmaker to ensure the accurate measurement before buying any dress online. This service can be provided by White Peach Boutique free of charge (Adelaide, SA only). You can then either have the dress made to measure or order your closest standard size and make any alterations once arrived. We have provided a standard size chart for you to choose from if you need a standard size dress.
5. Is the colour of the picture the same colour as the dress?
Answer: Not always. Your monitor many not display the colour exactly as it is. Different brands of computers, lighting in the room and other variables can also alter the colour seen. Please refer to our colour chart for a clearer reference to colours available.
6. What are my payment options?
Answer: We accept PayPal, Bank deposit or Cash (Adelaide only).
7. Do I have to pay for my dress in full at the time of purchase?
Answer: We generally require full payment at time of purchase however we can be flexible. Please contact us if you need to arrange an alternative payment options.
